If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 90 days of receiving your item.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


Change of Mind

Once an order has been placed and dispatched, K-Jelly Plus does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing checkout.


Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Any opened packet will be considered used and therefore non-refundable.


Return Timeframe

Customers have 14 days from the date the order was placed to return the product.

Returned items must:

  • Be unopened
  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition received
  • Include original packaging where possible

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

K-Jelly Plus does not cover or reimburse return shipping expenses.

We strongly recommend using tracked postage for all returns.


Courier & Delivery Responsibility

Once your parcel has left our warehouse and has been handed to the courier company, K-Jelly Plus is not responsible for delays, damages, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused during transit.

Our primary courier partners are:

  • Australia Post
  • Aramex Australia

For delivery-related issues after dispatch, customers may need to contact the courier company directly.


Medical Conditions & Product Suitability

K-Jelly Plus is not responsible for refunds or returns due to personal medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or inability to use the product after purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and consulting a healthcare professional if unsure whether the product is suitable for them before ordering.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, you may still return it in accordance with this policy.

Refund Processing & Deductions

In cases where a refund is approved, applicable processing fees, transaction fees, taxes, and other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the final refund amount.

The refunded amount will reflect the remaining balance after these deductions have been applied.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
